Development of Equipment Layout and Elevation keeping in reference with the Process Inputs, by Considering the best Economical Piping and other Disciplines of Engineering, Accessibility, Maintenance, Operation of the Plant, etc.
Design of Utility Piping Sizes, Development of working P & ID based on the Process requirements/ inputs. Development of Piping GADs. Since our establishment we have executed a good amount of project for the well-known clients as listed in our profile. Our area of Design and Detail Engineering Started Specially in Piping Engineering and now got into other disciplines, Civil/ Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, etc, with the help of our Associated team in Engineering.
In Piping Engineering we are also performing Stress Engineering with the back up of our Associated Team.
We are capable to undertake the project Costing up to 50 Crores and able to execute within schedule with due quality. Now we are getting tied up with another associated team, who has enough capability to undertake the job value of Rs. 2 Crores for Structural, Mechanical, and piping project execution, (Fabrication/ Erection).

Procurement
Development of Purchase Requisitions based on the Process / Mechanical / Civil / Elect. / Instrumentation requirements developments of Purchase Specifications, MTO, Selection of Vendors, or Vendor list based on Client's approved list of vendors, routine chase-up with the vendors, providing Technical Clarification to the vendors, Technical Bid, Analysis, Commercial Analysis, Inspection, Scheduling to dispatch the material to work site, etc.

Prepared LSTK Tender document for Demonstration plant of 25 kg Bitumen Poly Packaging of Paving Grade Bitumen for M/s Indian Oil Corporation Limited, R & D Centre, Faridabad.
Technical Backups
Technical Backup to develop site routing of High Pressure Tubing for Hydrogen-CNG Dispensing Unit Pilot Plant at IOCL R & D Centre, Faridabad
Study & Inspection
Feasibility study on the existing Fire Hydrant System, which could not provide the required Pressure, and final report with suggestions to improve for M/s Whirlpool of India Limited, at their Faridabad works.
